Questions
What teams ask before they connect.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are connected within minutes. You sign up, approve read-level access through each ad platform's own sign-in, and choose which accounts to score. There is no code or tag to install.
Which platforms are supported?
Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and programmatic display through supported networks. Starter covers Google Ads and Meta Ads; display is included from Growth.
How do refunds actually get processed?
Maddet detects and documents invalid clicks, then generates a dispute report. You submit that report to the ad platform through its invalid-activity review process. The platform decides whether a credit is issued. Maddet does not issue refunds itself.
How is pricing calculated?
Plans are priced on the monthly ad spend under protection, so the cost scales with the budget you are defending. The free traffic audit gives you a quote alongside your actual invalid-traffic figures.
Will Maddet change my campaigns?
Not unless you ask it to. Scoring uses read access only. Adding exclusions to the platform is a separate, optional permission that stays off until you enable it.
What happens to borderline clicks?
They go to a review band instead of being blocked. You see the signals that fired and decide. Only clicks where several independent signals agree are blocked automatically.
Exposure estimate
Before you pick a plan, find out what the leak is worth.
Enter what you spend on paid media each month. The slip shows the range typically lost to invalid traffic at that level. The audit replaces the range with your real figure.
- Lower band (7.000000000000001%)
- ₹35,000
- Typical (14.000000000000002%)
- ₹70,000
- Upper band (22%)
- ₹1,10,000
- Typical, over 12 months
- ₹8,40,000
