Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of our ad fraud and invalid traffic detection service, including the website, your workspace, connected ad accounts and the reports the service produces. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.
01The service
The service scores clicks on your connected ad accounts, flags traffic it assesses as invalid, keeps evidence records for flagged events and generates reports, including dispute reports you may submit to ad platforms.
02Refund decisions rest with ad platforms
The service flags and documents suspicious traffic. It does not issue refunds or credits. Whether a credit is granted, and its amount, is decided solely by the relevant ad platform under its own policies.
We do not guarantee that any dispute will succeed or that any amount will be recovered.
03Detection accuracy
Detection is based on statistical signals and pattern analysis. No detection system is perfect: some invalid clicks may be missed and some valid clicks may be flagged. Borderline traffic is placed in a review band so you can decide. You remain responsible for decisions about exclusions and disputes.
04Your workspace and ad accounts
- You must have authority to connect each ad account you link to the service.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
- You can disconnect accounts at any time; scoring stops when access is revoked.
- Optional exclusion permissions act only on the lists and accounts you enable.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to analyse accounts you are not authorised to access
- Submit dispute reports you know to be false or altered
- Attempt to reverse-engineer detection models or probe the service for weaknesses
- Resell or sublicense the service outside an agency plan that permits it
06Plans and fees
Fees depend on your plan and the ad spend under protection, as set out in your quote or order. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
07Your data
You own the data from your ad accounts and the reports generated from it. You grant us the rights needed to process that data to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Aggregated, de-identified patterns may be used to improve detection for all customers.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost ad spend, lost revenue or unrecovered disputes.
09Suspension and termination
You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are materially breached, after notice where practical. On closure, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
